Founder & Managing Director
Our founder and Managing Director of Reflex Accounting, Ahmad Tirmizey have worked for one of the world’s largest accountancy and Audit Services Provider KPMG and have worked in top 6 accounting practice naming Grant Thornton. Within KPMG and Grant Thornton, Ahmad specialized in providing Audit and Accountancy Services to entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses.
I have a real passion for being proactive and looking after clients the way they should be looked after. I want to ensure we do things in a modern way and customer service is the most important thing to me. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and staying healthy.

Usman Azam is our Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), bringing over 10 years of experience from top UK accountancy firms. He specializes in helping clients keep more of what they earn through smart, compliant tax strategies, always staying one step ahead of HMRC.
Outside of work, Usman is an avid traveler who loves exploring new cultures around the world, a curiosity that shapes his thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every client’s financial story.
Muhammad Riaz
Senior Client Manager
Muhammad Riaz is a chartered certified accountant with more than 15 years of experience. As senior manager, he performs analytical reviews of audit working papers to ensure professional standards are upheld. He is responsible for preparing audit files, bringing key matters to partners’ attention, and liaising with clients on all issues identified during the audit. He enjoys being proactive and friendly with clients to resolve their queries. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
